I was lied to about the payment options.. they would not let me nor my blind step dad that are 12 hours from home stay, even when I offered extra cash for the amount of potential damage fees that I could get back in the morning. I understand policies but, everyone needs to be on the same page...
Everyone was nice and the facility was decent. The only issue we had was when it wasn't near the time of check out our keys wouldn't work.
Was there 7 days. Outstanding service. Staff ALL kind, thoughtful and considerate. Anything I asked they graciously accommodated. Suite was very comfortable.
Very clean, nice staff, and they had a nice baby bed for our little one
The hotel was well appointed, clean, and nice. The staff were awesome, highly professional. It is the best hotel in West Point, MS.
