This hotel was very clean and very well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did have some issues with our key cards. they kept deactivating. And we had a leaky air conditioner. They may want to consider adding fresh fruit to the continental breakfast but it is your average hotel continental breakfast But overall a pleasant place to stay.
I didn't like my room, it was a smoking room, the mistake was mine, I didn't think any hotels allowed smoking in this day and age. The room aside, the hotel is nice, the staff really nice, friendly, and extremely helpful.
Internet is decent, establishment is modern and clean, staff is friendly and helpful, price is competitive. I have nothing negative to say. My week long stay was good.
Best place to stay in West Point! Clean, close to everything, and staff is friendlier than ever! Breakfast is great too!
