Wonderful historic location to visit. Melanie Snow is the perfect southern hostess.

My BFF and I were day tripping and stopped here. The home wouldn't be the same without Jimmy ' s passion and extensive knowledge. What an amazing experience!

I had the honor and privilege of meeting Melanie Snow, and her father Robert---who passed away recently. I have many other visits over time, and each time, I came away being impressed beyond description at how well the Snow family has maintained the house. Having seen photos of what it looked like when the family bought it, they did a superb job in restoring it back to the luster and heritage that it once enjoyed.

What a beautiful old mansion. The guide was very knowledgeable in the history of Waverley. The mansion was full of great furniture authentic to the time.

I hope to go back there again soon for a visit and a cordial chat with Ms. Snow. She is a graceful, hospitable, charming and lovely Southern lady.

Beatifully restored antebellum home. I felt like I went back in time. The tour guide was charming and knowledgeable.

It has been a few years since I had the chance to visit this delightful treasure that is a part of Mississippi history and lore. My first visit was of the professional sort in 1992, as I was writing about the Columbus Pilgrimage for a newspaper I wrote for at the time.
