Extremely disappointed in the services of this real estate group. They did not live up to the contract agreement on management of properties. The renter had a $500 deposit, the renter did over $1,600 in damages. The realtor requested photos, a letter, & also an estimate of damages.They split the deposit between the renter and the owner, leaving the owners with only $250 of the deposit & $1600 damages from the renter. A costly endeavor. If there is a deeper word than disappointment that describes this ordeal I don't know. I'm sure they couldn't care less about our disappointment.
