So now, instead of sleeping, I'm up late sick typing this review and looking for their competitor to go to, hopefully they want money for services they advertise.
I went in tonight at 7:25 PM, and asked if someone could see me. The woman at the front desk gave me an awkward and annoyed look and says, "We were actually going to close." I looked around to see the lobby was empty and noticed the "Walk in's welcome" sign and said "I thought you were open until 8:00 PM and that you take walk ins, is this where I can go if I am sick?" That just got me a blank stare. I then asked if I could just pay cash for my visit or do you want to use my insurance. She asked for proof of insurance and I thought I'd gotten somewhere, she looks at it and says "We can't do anything unless it's business hours" and hands back the card. She then hands me a sheet of paper for their filling information and say you'll have to bring this back tomorrow. I left at 7:38 PM. I went to CVS and bought the next batch of cold flu sinus medicines. As I drove by at 7:45 PM I saw that they had closed up and locked the door for the night, the door that posted that they were open until 8:00 PM.
Wait time was long but service was good.
Every provider we've seen seems very knowledgeable and sincere. We love this place!
DON'T BOTHER THIS PLACE WITH YOUR MONEY/SICKNESS
My experience at Urgent Team was exceptional. The staff is very friendly and the FNP was very sweet, caring, and knowledgeable. The wait for service was not long at all. Going here was definitely better than going to the Emergency Room where you are met with rude employees and medical bills that are unreasonable. I would definitely recommend Urgent Team to anyone who is having medical issues. You will not regret it.
