I had to go inside and pay in advance for gas that I had not pumped. I pumped my gas and had to go back inside to get my refund. I don't know if this is the best policy. Larger towns ask for your keys or drivers license so you will come back and pay. As a result, I will never actually fill up again. I will only partially fill.
The night shift team leader ' short black guy with dreads ' is not professional by any means and gets nervous and shakes when dealing with issues in the workplace. He's very unprofessional and doesn't seem to handle well under pressure. Will contact ACTUAL manager in am to discuss..
