When my a/c went out in the summer of 2009, the original repair company that came out told me I needed new a new a/c and heat pump. I called A&H for a second opinion. A&H told me I did not need a new a/c or heat pump and found the source of the problem and fixed it. They did not try to sell me a new unit that I did not need. The man that came out was courteous, smart, and knowledgeable. Don't waste your time with any other company, call these guys first.
Do not call on this business to do anything for you! Unethical and unprofessional business practices. Did not do what was requested, acted as if the business was to good to correct it. Seems to believe that large governmental / construction contracts he has (not for long) are so important that he does not need to treat residential customers with respect... Buyer beware...Do business elsewhere!!
